The AI Agent is billed on a per-conversation basis.
A conversation corresponds to an interaction with the AI Agent or AI Copilot. It begins with the user's input and ends when they contact an employee, leave the website, or the session expires.
Please note that any unused conversation volume expires at the end of the booked period and cannot be carried over to the next period. For annual contracts, we annualize the booked monthly conversation allowance. If your AI Agent exceeds this annual volume, we will move you to the next higher plan.
