Based on different variables or circumstances it might happen, that one of your operators’ live chat slots is blocked, even if there is no actual live chat going on for this operator.
In this case, ask your operator to manually log off his Lime Connect account by clicking the profile picture on the lower left and then on “log out”. After logging back in, the live chat slot should not be blocked any more.
Clearing cookies does not help in this case as the process of unblocking live chat slots is specifically triggered by clicking the log out button manually.
